No rush here, it's too pretty to rush through! I am going to go poke my head into every little place, read every quest and checking every merchant for new stuff.

The game is suppose to last or stay strong about 6 months for a supposedly new one, so i'm (and hopefully many others) will be moderately paced. But given how GW is now, Factions will be full of ppl who rush to see "high-level" areas, take advantage, over farm, etc.
If anyone says there bored with Factions early I guess all we can do is sigh

I want to experience the new feeling ( I tell you, its almost as good as s3x ) that I got playing Prophecies campaign.

Im going to explore even more than I did in the original campaign.

Only cant decide if Ill go caster again, or combat.

I've enjoyed taking my time and paying attention to the details in Ch1, so I'll likely do the same in 2. There's no reason for me to get somewhere before everyone else, and I play just to enjoy it and have a good time.

no rushing for me. Think I will even read what the colletcors say, now that they give reasons why they want this stuff so badly.

I'll not be rushing. That's because I'll probably be spending all my time in the Competition missions.

No rushing for me. Never have, never will. Hell, I'm just now getting my second character to Henge. Hoping to have him Ascended by Factions.

My third (Hydro/Necro) he's just screwed.

Dont know when, but i decided to make only male chars (dont want people to think im a girl and act different because of that) (and that happened to me a lot of times when i had a female char) (how can people be so stupid and not understand that 95% of gw players are males anyway).

Oh and i decided to do all missions, bonus, quests, and get to every town with a W/Mo and a Mo/N in prophecies and a A/Mo and Rt/Mo in factions. I will keep the last 2 charr slots free, and maybe use one for just a fun char rather than a useful one.

Why cant ANet give us 8 char slots?!?!

PS: I will probably make a fun only char at first just to get throught the game and get to know how it is, and then start making my useful charrs.

Default No rushing for me.

Greetings,

Short Answer: I won't be rushing.

Long Answer:
I don't want to rush this game. My first character in Prophesies, I didn't rush, I read every quest when given as well as the quest log, and I read every reward giver. I even talked to those who had no quest to give, just to see what they say. For me, it helps me to get into the feel of the world. Yes, Prophesies may have been a little light on the story, but I still enjoyed it nonetheless. There are epic, multi-book novels, and there are short stories. Prophesies, to me, was a short story. Quick, but still enjoyable. I plan on doing the same thing with Factions. My first character there will be created in Cantha, just to see the story from one who was "born" there. I will read all quests, from giving to log to reward, and will not skip any cutscene during the missions or what-have-you. My second character will be from Prophesies to see what the story is like by one who moves there from another land and doesn't have the full backstory that a native might have. And, once again, I will not skip any content that is given to me. By the way, I apologize now to those I group with who might become impatient with my thoroughness . Perhaps, by the time I'm on my 5th or 6th character through Factions, I might start skipping and hurrying through things, but I want to experience what has been laid out before me first. In any case, each will have their own expectations and their own pace and, in my own opinion, no one person's pace is any better or more valid than another's. Just my 2cents.

Merry meet, merry met, merry meet again,

No skipping cutscenes for me first time through. I'm starting at level 1 and working up. No twinks from my other characters (no runs either). I like to actually beat a game first...then beat it into submission
